Structural Aluminum Profiles
view_in_arBeams · Tracks · Modular structuresThe structural backbone of every ALIUM installation — extruded aluminum beams, enclosed running tracks and modular framework that carry GVL bridges and BCJ arms.

Overview
A modular framework, not a fixed structure
PEA is the family of extruded aluminum profiles — beams, enclosed running tracks and connecting hardware — that form the load path of an ALIUM system. Standardized sections bolt together into spans sized precisely to your bay.
Because everything is modular and bolted rather than welded, a PEA structure can be extended, shortened or relocated as your layout changes. The enclosed track keeps trolleys running clean and low-friction over the entire life of the system.
Key benefits
What sets PEA apart
Extruded aluminum beams
High strength-to-weight sections engineered for repeatable lifting loads.
Enclosed running track
Sealed profile keeps trolleys clean and low-friction for years.
Bolted, not welded
Assembled and adjusted on site — no hot work, no specialist crews.
Custom span lengths
Cut and configured to your exact bay dimensions and clearances.
Reconfigurable
Extend, shorten or relocate the structure as production layouts change.
